Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and minced garlic.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the vegetables out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the vegetables.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
