Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
