- 4 cups Potatoes cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
