  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
