  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Arrange potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
