Main Ingredients
- ½ cup Popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.
3. Shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning.
4. Once popping slows, remove the pot from heat.
5. Transfer the popcorn to a mixing bowl.
6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
