  • ½ cup Popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.
  3. 3. Shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning.
  4. 4. Once popping slows, remove the pot from heat.
  5. 5. Transfer the popcorn to a mixing bowl.
  6. 6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
