Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Russet Potatoes peeled and cubed
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- ½ cup Milk
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
3. Add the minced garlic, butter, milk, and Parmesan cheese to the pot.
4. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot.
