- 1 lb green beans trimmed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread green beans on a baking sheet.
Roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over green beans and serve.
