  • 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
