Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
