Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the Brussels sprouts are crispy.
Serve immediately.
