- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the broccoli mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
