- 1 lb asparagus trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until tender.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
