Main Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 bunch kale stems removed, chopped
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the chopped kale to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, along with the lemon zest and juice. Toss to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
