Garlic Knots Recipe

Dough
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Warm water
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Garlic Butter
- 4 tablespoon Butter melted
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
3. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
5. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope and tie into a knot.
6. Place the knots on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
7. While the knots are baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
8. Brush the garlic butter over the hot knots as soon as they come out of the oven.
