  • 1.5 lbs Baby Potatoes
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
