Main Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Baby Potatoes
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
