Garlic Herb Mushroom Pasta
A simple and delicious pasta dish with garlic, herbs, and mushrooms.

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz Pasta any type
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in dried thyme and oregano. Cook for another minute.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
