Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
