  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
