- 6 pieces Carrots medium-sized, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the carrot fries with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
Spread the carrot fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
