Garlic Butter Shrimp with Asparagus

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
3. Push asparagus to the side of the skillet and add butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Stir in lemon juice and serve immediately.
