Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. 3. Push asparagus to the side of the skillet and add butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. 4. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in lemon juice and serve immediately.
