- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add broccoli florets and cook for 5 minutes.
Add butter and garlic, cook for another 2 minutes.
Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink, about 5 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice and serve hot.
