- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoon Butter unsalted
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
4. Stir in the lemon juice and parsley. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
5. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
