Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta any type
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated, optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  5. 5. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
