Ingredients 

Spice Mix

  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Black Peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Pods
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg freshly grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast all the spices in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. 2. Let the spices cool, then grind them into a fine powder using a spice grinder.
  3. 3. Store in an airtight container.
