Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 large egg beaten

Filling

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly. Add beaten egg and mix until dough forms.
  3. Press dough into tartlet pans. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fill cooled tartlet crusts with whipped cream mixture. Top with sliced fresh fruits.
