Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed fruit (e.g., berries, mango, pineapple) frozen
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
2. In a blender, add the mixed fruit, cooled sugar syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
4. Scoop and serve.
