Crust
- 1 package Sugar cookie dough
Topping
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Mixed fresh fruits sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Press the sugar cookie dough onto a baking sheet to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
Arrange the sliced fruits on top of the cream cheese mixture. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
