  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the diced bell pepper and onion, and cook until softened.
  4. 4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  5. 5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown.
