Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Push garlic and onion to the side, pour beaten eggs into the wok and scramble.
  4. 4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
