  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Dredge marinated chicken in flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels before serving.
