- 8 pieces Rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- ½ cup Fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup Fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 cup Cooked shrimp, sliced in half
1. Prepare all the ingredients and have them ready.
2. Fill a bowl with warm water and dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 5 seconds.
3. Lay the softened wrapper on a flat surface and place a small amount of lettuce, carrots, mint, cilantro, and shrimp in the center.
4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and ingredients.
