Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 8 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and place the cubed French bread in it.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are well-coated.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
