Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
Add the warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal parts. Shape each part into a loaf and place on a baking sheet.
Let the loaves rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
