- 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
2. Add crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
3. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything gently to combine.
5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
