Fig & Ricotta Flatbread Pizza
A delicious and easy-to-make flatbread pizza topped with fresh figs, creamy ricotta, and a drizzle of honey.

- 2 pieces Flatbread
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 6 pieces Fresh Figs sliced
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
Spread ricotta cheese evenly over each flatbread.
Arrange the sliced figs on top of the ricotta.
Drizzle with honey and olive oil.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the figs are slightly caramelized.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
