Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread sourdough or your choice
  • 4 slices Prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoon Fig Jam
  • 4 slices Cheese brie or your choice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Spread fig jam on the unbuttered side of two slices.
  3. 3. Layer prosciutto and cheese on top of the fig jam.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
  5. 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
