Fig & Prosciutto Crostini
Delicious and easy-to-make appetizer with figs and prosciutto.

Main Ingredients
- 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- 4 figs Fresh figs sliced
- ¼ cup Goat cheese softened
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Spread goat cheese on each crostini.
Top with a slice of prosciutto and a slice of fig.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
