  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 8 oz Goat Cheese softened
  • ½ cup Figs dried, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine softened goat cheese, chopped figs, honey, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the goat cheese mixture on the toasted baguette slices.
  6. Drizzle with additional honey if desired and serve.
