- 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 8 oz Goat Cheese softened
- ½ cup Figs dried, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened goat cheese, chopped figs, honey, salt, and pepper.
Spread the goat cheese mixture on the toasted baguette slices.
Drizzle with additional honey if desired and serve.
