  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch slices
  • 8 oz Feta cheese crumbled
  • 8 figs Fresh figs sliced
  • 1 bunch Fresh mint chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. Top each crostini with crumbled feta, a slice of fig, and a sprinkle of chopped mint.
