Fig, Feta, and Mint Crostini Recipe

- 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch slices
- 8 oz Feta cheese crumbled
- 8 figs Fresh figs sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh mint chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Top each crostini with crumbled feta, a slice of fig, and a sprinkle of chopped mint.
