Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 unit Pizza dough
  • ½ cup Fig jam
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • ½ cup Goat cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Walnuts chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the fig jam evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Top with crumbled goat cheese and chopped walnuts.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula.
  8. Slice and serve immediately.
