Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Flatbread store-bought or homemade
  • 6 pieces Fresh figs sliced
  • 1 cup Arugula fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Goat cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
  4. Arrange the sliced figs on top of the flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the figs.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
