Fig And Prosciutto Pizza

Pizza Ingredients
- 1 lb Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
- 6 Fresh figs sliced
- 4 slices Prosciutto
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper.
Brush the dough with olive oil.
Sprinkle mozzarella and gorgonzola cheese evenly over the dough.
Arrange the fig slices and prosciutto on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
Transfer the pizza (with parchment paper) onto the preheated pizza stone.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
