Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Flatbread store-bought or homemade
  • 6 slices Prosciutto
  • 4 Figs sliced
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
  4. Arrange the prosciutto and sliced figs on top of the flatbread.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the flatbread is crispy and the prosciutto is slightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with arugula and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  7. Cut into slices and serve warm.
