  • 4 slices Baguette toasted
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese softened
  • 4 Figs fresh, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Spread softened goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  4. Top with fresh fig slices.
  5. Drizzle with honey and olive oil.
  6. Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  7. Serve immediately.
