Fig And Goat Cheese Tartines

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Baguette toasted
- 4 oz Goat Cheese softened
- 4 Figs fresh, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Spread softened goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
Top with fresh fig slices.
Drizzle with honey and olive oil.
Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Serve immediately.
