Salad Ingredients

  • 6 cups Mixed greens
  • 8 Fresh figs, quartered
  • 4 oz Goat cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Walnuts, toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, figs, goat cheese, and walnuts.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
