Fig and Goat Cheese Salad

Salad Ingredients
- 6 cups Mixed greens
- 8 Fresh figs, quartered
- 4 oz Goat cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup Walnuts, toasted
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, figs, goat cheese, and walnuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
