Main Ingredients
- 200 g Fideo pasta
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the fideo pasta and cook, stirring frequently, until golden brown.
Stir in the tomato sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, and cumin.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 10-15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
