Feta Spinach Mushroom Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Feta cheese crumbled
- 300 g Spinach fresh
- 250 g Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in crumbled feta cheese and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
