Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Feta cheese crumbled
  • 300 g Spinach fresh
  • 250 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in crumbled feta cheese and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
