  • 2 cups Mixed Berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 2 cups Chopped Pineapple
  • 2 cups Chopped Mango
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Mint Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries, pineapple, and mango.
  2. Add the grated ginger, lemon juice, and honey. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves on top and serve immediately.
