Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta any type
  • 1 bulb Fennel sliced
  • 4 cups Spinach fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and fennel, cook until fennel is tender.
  3. 3. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  4. 4. Toss the cooked pasta with the fennel and spinach mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Serve warm and enjoy!
