Fennel Citrus Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 bulb Fennel thinly sliced
- 2 pieces Oranges peeled and sliced
- 1 piece Lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Thinly slice the fennel bulb.
2. Peel and slice the oranges.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine fennel and oranges.
4. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
6. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
