Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pizza dough
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  5. Spread the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough.
  6. Arrange the potato slices and asparagus pieces on top of the cheese.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
