  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 1 unit lime cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the corn, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream together.
  4. Brush the mixture onto the grilled corn.
  5. Sprinkle cotija cheese, chili powder, and cilantro over the corn.
  6. Serve with lime wedges.
